His obituary was published in the Jefferson City Democrat-Tribune on February 9, 1916 at Missouri. It stated Mr. Dan Frank died this morning at his home at 412 Lafayette Street at 7:20 o'clock. Mr. Frank has been ill for several years, but until early this morning when he had a paralytic stroke was his condition considered serious. He is 59 years old and is survived by his wife and fourteen children, thirteen of which reside in this city. The funeral arrangements have not been completed, but the services will be held from the Catholic Church.26 Donard Frank was buried on February 14, 1916 in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Wardsville, Cole County, Missouri.3,827

She is survived by six sons, Henry Frank, Linn; Anton and Edwin Frank, St. Louis; Leo Frank, Jefferson City; Hugo Frank, Napa, Calif., and John Krummen, Jefferson City; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hajturk, St. Louis; Mrs. Cecelia Anderson, Terre Haute, Ind., and Mrs. Josephine Elsworth, Jefferson; five step-children, Louis Frank and Mrs. Annie Heckman, Wardsville, Mrs. Katie Shopp, Ohio; Mrs. Mary Abel, Jefferson City, and Mrs. Rose Vonost, Dearborn, Mich., and one sister, Anna Krummen, Jefferson City. Other survivors include 25 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Frank was a member of the Immaculate COnception Catholic church here. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
