(?), was born on January 24, 1888 in Xelcastron, Corinth, Greece.5,6 Conflicting evidence placed his birth on January 28, 1890 (World Family Tree.)7
Constant Crist "Costos" Coroniotis immigrated on November 19, 1902 traveling on the ship "Aller" sailing from Naples, Campania, Italy from Corintha, Greece. The Aller was build by Fairfield Shipbuilding & Engineering Company, Glasgow, Scotland, 1886. It was 5, 217 gross tons; 445 (bp) feet long; 48 feet wide. It had a steam triple expansion engine, single screw, service speed of 17 knots, carried 1,240 passengers. It sailed under the North German Lloyd flag and operated in both Bremerhaven-New York and Mediterranean-New York service. It was scrapped in 1904.5
He was naturalized before 1917.6 At the time of his draft registration for World War I in 1917, Constant resided at 114 St. Louis Avenue in Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois.6 He was employed by Mt. Olive and Staunton Coal Company at Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois, in 1917 as a weighman andloader.6 Constant registered for the draft for World War I on June 5, 1917 at Draft Board 1, Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois, he was described as having medium height and build with dark brown eyes and black hair. He claimed exemption from the draft as he was contributing to the support of his parents.6

     Articles taken included groceries purchased for the weekend, a purse, belonging to Magdalena and a number automobile sparkplugs.
     An auto key was found in the switch of the car, which had been taken from the purse. The next day the empty purse and grocery sack were found on a golf course near where the theft occurred.14
