On April 15, 1937, the property foreclosed on was sold at auction at 10 o'clock at the east front door of the court house. The property was described as: lot number nine (9), in block numbered three (3), in Maryville, as the same appears from plat thereof, recorded in plat book 6, page 21 of the records of Madison County, except coal and other mineral underlying same; together with all buildings, improvements and fixture upon said premises.3
Rudoplh was listed in Wilhelmine "Minnie" Diepholz's obituary as surviving.1
