Second, I give bequeath and devise with my son George Hollacher first the sum of seven hundred (700) dollars out of my estate after my demise; and to my son Jacob Hollocher the sum of twelve hundred (1200) dollars out of my estate and to my daughter Eleanor Hollocher the sum of fifteen hundred (1500) dollars out of my estate; for their subsistance boarding and clothing.
And the balance of my Estate, whether real, personal or mixed, I give and begueath with my children, Namely, Magdalene Hollocher, Michael, Hollocher, August Hollocher, George Hollocher, Jacob Hollacher and Elenore Hollocher, and their heirs, to be divided in equal parts between their ___.

The undertaker who handled her arrangements was Stussel & Meyer, proprieters of the Phoenix Livery Stable. They charged for the hearse, grave, burial case, gloves and crepe, ice and use of freezer on October 1, 1875 at 1334 South Seventh Street in St. Louis, Missouri.4
In 1876 a suit was brought by the adult children of Michael and Mary Hollocher against their minor siblings, their mother, and her trustee to have deed declared void. The plaintiffs allege that Michael, the father, is an alcoholic and Mary, his wife, used the situation to fraudulently gain all of the real estate and personal property by getting Michael to execute a deed to convey all property to their son Joseph Hollocher. They claim Joseph had no idea of this deed, and that Mary requested Joseph deed the property to Blateau in trust. The Supreme court ruled that Michael always deferred to his wife's superior intellect and that, although this was strange, it was not illegal.7

The plaintiffs allege that Michael, the father, is an alcoholic and Mary, his wife, used the situation to fraudulently gain all of the real estate and personal property by getting Michael to execute a deed to convey all property to their son Joseph Hollocher. They claim Joseph had no idea of this deed, and that Mary requested Joseph deed the property to Blateau in trust. The Supreme court ruled that Michael always deferred to his wife's superior intellect and that, although this was strange, it was not illegal.8
