Anna married Peter Ruder, son of Konrad Ruder and Barbara Boehmer, on January 25, 1910 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rich Fountain, Osage County, Missouri. The marriage was performed by the Reverend John Schramm.4,3,2
Peter was very proud of having been one of the carpenters who worked on the Freeburg Holy Family Church when it was built. Peter and steve Hartman had the contract to cut down the trees and saw the lumber for the Church. They cut white oak logs for the steeples and the roof. After moving the lumber mill to the woods, they hauled the lumber with a steam traction engine, one wagon at a time.
During this time, Anna baked bread to feed the workers.
Peter grew his own tobacco plants, drying them and chewing the results.1 Anna was the informant listed on the death certificate of Mary Francisca Sprenger on November 29, 1946.5,6,7,1,8,9

She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg, and the Married Ladies Sodality of the church.
Survivors include: three sons, Vincent F. Ruder, Gerhard Ruder and Bernard Ruder, all of Freeburg; five daughters, Miss Mary Ruder and Mrs. Alex Rehagen, both of Freeburg, Mrs. Gus Eisterhold and Mrs. Alfred Bexten, both of Rich Fountain, and Mrs. Steve Luebbert, Old St. Louis rd; three brothers, Jose Bock, Freeburg and Leo bock and Alphonse Bock, both of Westphalia; 33 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday at the Morton Funeral Home, Linn. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Other survivors include one son, Arthur Bock of Westphalia; four daughters, Mrs. Bernita Thoenen of Mexico, Mrs. Mildred Riegel of Linn, Mrs. Theresa Huber of Jefferson City, and Miss Marcella Bock of the home; two brothers, Joseph Bock of Freeburg and Leo Bock of Westphalia; and 14 grandchildren.

Mr. Bock was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia, were funeral services were held Monday. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
