Dorothy was born January 24, 1935, in Rich Fountain, a daughter to the late Joseph and Catherine (Bock) Rudroff. Dorothy was a 1952 graduate of Fatima High School and a lifelong resident of Rich Fountain. Dorothy worked for Three Rivers Electric Cooperative for 43 years before her retirement in 1999. She served on the Osage County Ambulance Board, Sacred Heart Cemetery Board, and was a member of the Osage County Historical Society. Dorothy was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member St. Ann's Sodality. She enjoyed feeding her cats and helping with the church picnics and quilt auctions. Dorothy is survived by: three brothers, Peter J. Rudroff of O'Fallon, Clem Rudroff of Rich Fountain, and Elmer Rudroff and his wife JoAnn of Florissant; she was also an aunt and great-aunt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Felix Rudroff and two sisters-in-law, Rose Rudroff and Frances Rudroff. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain with Fr. Augustine Okoli as celebrant. A rosary will be prayed 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Dulle Funeral home, Westphalia. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Family catholic Church, Freeburg, with the Rev. Norman Ahrens officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
